Key Definitions

  • Reflection Period: Time for consumers to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • Consumer: An individual acting non-commercially.
  • Distance Contract: A contract between trader and consumer using remote communication (no in-person meeting).
  • Right of Withdrawal: Consumers may end a distance contract during the reflection period.

Applicability

These terms apply to all offers and distance contracts between us (entrepreneur) and you (consumer). We’ll share these terms before the contract is concluded (electronically if the contract is online). Specific product terms may apply; in case of conflict, you can use the most favorable terms.

Offers & Contract Conclusion

  • Offers include clear product/service descriptions (images must be accurate). Obvious errors don’t bind us.
  • A contract is formed when you accept the offer. For electronic acceptance, we’ll confirm receipt immediately—you can cancel until we confirm.
  • We may check your ability to pay; we can reject orders with justification if we have valid concerns.
  • Post-purchase, we’ll send key details (complaint contacts, withdrawal terms, prices, guarantees) via a saveable format.

Right of Withdrawal

  • You can cancel product orders within 14 days (no reason needed) by emailing [email protected].
  • The 14-day period starts the day you (or your designated third party) receive the product. For multiple items/shipments, it starts when the last item is received.

Prices, Delivery & Performance

  • Prices include VAT and won’t increase during offers (except for tax changes).
  • We’ll deliver within 30 days (or agreed dates). If delayed/unable to deliver, we’ll notify you within 30 days—you can cancel and get a refund.
  • We’re responsible for product damage/loss until delivery.

Complaints

  • We handle complaints openly. Submit them clearly within a reasonable time after discovering an issue.
  • We’ll respond within 14 days; if more time is needed, we’ll confirm receipt and share a timeline.
  • Allow 4 weeks for resolution; unresolved issues move to dispute procedures.

Additional Terms

Any extra terms can’t harm you and must be in a saveable format.
